POWER TRANSMISSION

Motors, Gearboxes, Belts, chains, couplings, variable speed drives to diverse conveyor system solutions are available to our clients. We have long lasting relationships with design houses and manufacturers to ensure we can deliver the products to our customers competitively and on time. SEALS

We offer an extensive range of seals including O'rings, back up rings, Circlips & Retaining Rings, Rotary Seals, Radiaseals, Frontseals, Shaft Repair Sleeves, Hydraulic Seals, Wiper Seals, Pneumatic Seals, bonded Seals, washer and Gaskets. We also manufacture special seals to order in your specified materials ensuring of a quick turn around.

FASTENERS

Maintenance and engineering projects require many different types of fixings that are sometimes overlooked. That's why we are set up to deliver fixings on a just in time service. Included in this service are set pins, hex sets, hex bolts, machine screws, studs, socket sets, rivets, wood screws, washers, nuts ,, through bolts and special fixings manufactured to order.

Serviceko provides clients through it's sister company KT Fluid Power Supplies Ltd with an expert sourcing and supply team equipped with diverse skills to meet various challenges across industries. We can obtain all leading manufacturers components such as Hydraulic fittings, tube, hoses, valves, pumps, gauges and more. We can obtain many stocks from our distribution network and deliver same or next day to ensure minimal down time.

PNEUMATICS

ENGINEERING

We manufacture small and large batched quantities of machined and turned parts. There is no job too small or too large that we won't consider. Our machine shop has been trading for over forty years and offers a diverse range of services such as. CNC and Conventional Machining, turning and Milling, boring and keying, horizontal Jig boring.
Repairs and refurbishments of existing components.

FABRICATING

ServiceKo provides a vast amount of fabricating solutions from manufacturing one off items to large projects. We can offer full design with CAD drawings to ensure projects are manufactured to specification for those more involved requirements. We work closely with our clients to repair and replicate bespoke steel works offering a same day service where possible to keep facilities operational.

GEAR BOXES, NEW OR REFURBISHED

There are many manufacturers of gearboxes available on the market today and we have the benefit of being able to supply from a whole host of sources. New or refurbishing of existing gearboxes has been a major part of maintenance within many industries and our knowledge of the market place ensures a swift turnaround to keep your factories production at full capacity. Our sources manufacture there own gears thus keeping costs to a minimum and an unrivalled availability. All gearboxes are supplied without oil.

MOTORS

Serviceko Ltd supply a wide range of new and repaired AC and DC motors. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, we cover all aspects of electric motor rewinds, repairs, servicing and maintenance.

PIPE WORK SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION

Providing clients with an expert knowledge of pipe and fittings for all applications. Our team are capable of procuring and supplying large or small project pipework in all materials. We also have the capabilities to design and install your projects from a basic intent to a full fit out.

HEAT EXCHANGER MAINTENANCE

We manufacture, procure, install and design heat exchangers for many projects. included are CHP heat recovery shell and tube, intercoolers, plant room and process low temperature gasketed plate and brazed plate heat exchangers and dump blast cooling are some of the resources available to our clients.

Projects have included plate, shell and tube swap outs for Jenbacher, Perkins and other CHP engines where a swing unit is used to replace scaled units increasing heat recovery and reducing overheating thus extending components life cycle.

Nickle plating of intercoolers has extended the life of the asset making huge savings where gases erode normal plates in a relatively short time making projects non viable.

PPE is at the forefront of all companies minds to keep staff safe and sound whilst they are at work as are the right tools for the job. At Serviceko we will liaise with our clients to source the right equipment required in their work place. There are many challenging aspects that different sectors have to ensure they get the right equipment to their staff and we will drill down and advise where necessary on the correct products. Being a business that has and does work in many environments we have a good understanding of the issues faced on a daily basis. We can supply your products on a kanban system topping up as required by the client. We supply our products from many different sources ensuring price competitiveness and availability.

INDUSTRIAL LUBRICANTS, OILS AND GREASES

With customers using so many different products Serviceko with our partners like to understand what products are being used and where. We will then try to pick a product range that is diverse and applicable to the processes involved. This service is free of charge as we are sure we will be capable of making reductions in products and cost to site. Manufacturers such as Mobil, FUCHS, Castrol, WD-40, ROCOL, PlusGas, Pocket Rocket are but a few of the products available.

ADHESIVES AND SEALANTS

We supply all leading manufacturers products to industry such as Loctite, bond lock, Everbuild, Gorilla, Bostik, EVO-STIK, Unibond and many more. We are competitive in the market place and will supply your requirements on a same or next day service.

IN HOUSE DESIGN

Large-scale engineering projects often require complex designs. ServiceKo with partners offer this service and have been involved with many small to large schemes. Our designs are scoped to the clients requirements and enhanced with the latest specifications advised by manufacturers guidance. Our team will take careful notice to all aspects of the project in hand. Our completed projects to date include large district heating schemes to complex green energy electrical grid connections.

PLANT ROOM DESIGN AND BUILD

Plant rooms are often the last part of a building project considered and leave a headache for engineers to design the project requirements. Serviceko and partners will design, build and install to your specific requirements. Previous projects have included manufacturing complete skids off site and rolling the finished article into the plant room fully scoped with BMS ready to install to exiting pipework. Other projects have required plant rooms to be built in situ due to confined spaces whilst working closely with site engineers to reduce downtime to building facilities.

DISTRICT ENERGY

Many people do not realise the complex heating systems their building is potentially being supported by. This can be said for the occupants of many buidlings in and around Sheffield City Centre where there is over 55 kilometres of District Heating Network delivering Low Temperature heat to 95 degrees to Council, University and Accommodation alike.
We have supported this facility with our technical prowess to design and build new connections within the City. This includes taking clients initial requests for heat, designing, building and delivering a full packaged system. We can boast that there are few Companies that are capable of supporting this kind of Network.
